Sindri Sindrason, Chairman of the Board
Sindri Sindrason has been the Chairman of the Board since 2008. He was CEO of Pharmaco/Actavis and expanded the company into Eastern Europe through various mergers and acquisitions in the generic pharmaceutical industry. Sindri undertook new initiatives as Chairman of Eimskip, an international company in shipping and logistics. He is CEO of Larsen Danish Seafood A/S, a major fish packaging company.
Skuli Mogensen, Director
Skúli Mogensen co-founded and led both Íslandssimi and OZ Communications, which were successfully acquired by Vodafone and Nokia. He co-founded Arctic Ventures, a Stockholm-based high tech investing firm named "best performing fund founded in 1999 in Europe." Skúli is currently Chairman of Títan Investments and WOW Air.
Guðmundur Jónsson, Director
Guðmundur Jónsson was the owner of a fishing fleet of the largest trawlers in the world, which operated out of North Africa. He is a leading investor in many companies, including CRI, MP Bank, Mint Solutions (bedside verification for medication safety), TCT (fuel system for Small Off Road Engines), Eyrir Invest (an international investment house), and Smaralind Indoor Themepark for children.
Tanya Zharov, Director
Tanya Zharov is Managing Director and General Counsel at Auður Capital. She has brought legal experience from work with PwC, deCODE Genetics, and Orf-genetics. She participated in the development of deCODE from an Icelandic-based private company to an international biopharmaceutical company. Tanya promotes social issues through Audur's focus on empowering women in the financial sector and emphasizing corporate social responsibility.

Gísli Hjálmtýsson has over 20 years of experience as an Innovator, Entrepreneur and Manager. He is currently CEO of Thule Investments an Icelandic Venture Financing Company. Prior to that position he was the Dean of Computer Science and Engineering at Reykjavík University.

K-C Tran is co-founder and has been on the Board since inception. He has been leading the development of Carbon Recycling as CEO. Þorsteinn Sigfússon is the General Director of the Innovation Centre of Iceland. He has founded several start-ups in the fuel and energy sector, including Icelandic New Energy, which promotes the use of hydrogen as vehicle fuel. A known energy researcher, he is a physicist and professor at the University of Iceland. He won the Global Energy Prize in 2007 and is a Knight of the Icelandic Order of the Falcon.

Surya Prakash is the Scientific Director of Loker Hydrocarbon Research Institute and the George A. and Judith A. Olah Nobel Laureate Chair in Hydrocarbon Chemistry at USC. He has collaborated with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory for the development direct methanol fuel cells. A prolific author and innovative scientist, he has made significant advances in methanol fuel-cell technology and received numerous awards for his work.
Albert Albertsson, Chief Operating Officer, Hitaveita Sudernesja Geothermal Utility, Iceland
Albert Albertsson is the Deputy Chief Executive of power plant HS Orka, which provides fresh water, electricity, and hot water for domestic use as well as the geothermal fluid that creates the Blue Lagoon. He spearheaded the design of HS Orka's Power-plant Earth exhibit, which utilizes creative and interactive screens and devices to illustrate the importance of energy in human life. He is a world specialist in geothermal energy exploration and production.

Howard Bruschi was the former chief technology officer, senior vice president of Westinghouse Electric Co. He led breakthrough work in nuclear plant design. He is an International Fellow of The Royal Academy of Engineering of the United Kingdom and recipient of the Walter H. Zinn Award. As Chair of Carnegie Science Center Board, he has helped educate and inspire the community.
Agust Valfells, Former Professor of Nuclear Engineering, Iowa State University, USA
Ágúst Valfells was a former professor of nuclear engineering at Iowa State University, USA. A pioneering thinker in CO2-to-methanol conversion in Iceland, he has been awarded the French Order of Merit by President Charles de Gaulle for distinguished civil achievements in addition to the Order of Honor by the Icelandic Association of Engineers. He holds several patents in the fields of nuclear physics and engineering and was researching innovative applications of renewable energy
